1.The proposed development, by reason of its excessive depth and position to the neighbouring properties would be an intrusive and unneighbourly development resulting in an overbearing impact, a significant loss of outlook and an increased sense of enclosure, with potential loss of light to the detriment of the amenities of adjacent occupiers at No.4 Albert Road, Romford contrary to Policies 7 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan and the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to B Cooper (Applicant) by e-mail on 13-09-23.
