| 1. | The proposed dwelling would, by reason of its location, height, bulk and mass, appear as incongruous and unacceptably dominant, overbearing and visually intrusive to the surrounding area which would be harmful to the outlook of neighbouring residents, and therefore have a detrimental impact on their amenity contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD, and the Residential Design SPD. |
