1.The proposed two storey side extension lacks subservience and thereby unbalances the appearance of this semi detached house and would by reason of its' siting, design and position in close proximity to the boundaries of the site, result in a visually intrusive development in a prominent junction location, contrary to the aims and objectives of the Supplementary Design Guidance (Residential Extensions and Alterations) and Policy DC61 of the Development Control Policies DPD.
2.The proposed rear dormer would, by reason of its position and appearance be out of character with the dwelling and materially harmful to the visual amenity of the surrounding area contrary to the London Borough of Havering Supplementary Design Guidance (Residential Extensions and Alterations) and DC61 of the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
