1.The proposed two storey front extension, by reason of its bulk, scale, mass and depth, would appear out of character with this existing property, visually unbalance this pair of houses and appears as an uncharacteristic and visually intrusive feature in the streetscene and would therefore be harmful to the character and appearance of the host property and surrounding area, contrary to Local Plan Policies 7 and 26 and Policies D3 and D4 of the London Plan.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to the agent Ghanshyam Pindoriya via e-mail on 22/10/2024.
