| 1. | The use of 18mm double glazing would have an adverse impact on the contribution of the subject property to the Conservation Area and it has not been demonstrated that the frames and glazing sought would be appropriate. There are no public benefits identified which would outweigh the resulting harm. Having regard to the foregoing, the proposals are therefore contrary to Local Plan policies 26 and 28 London Plan policy HC1 and Paragraph 208 of the NPPF. |
