1.The proposed extension of the opening and delivery hours on bank and public holidays would, by reason of the increase in activity at the premises early in the morning and late in the evening, together with customers and delivery vehicles entering and leaving the site, the starting and manoeuvring of vehicles, the opening and shutting of doors, and the unloading of goods, result in noise and disturbance which would be unacceptably detrimental to the amenities of the occupiers of neighbouring residential properties, contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason for it was given to the applicant, Olu Johnson, via email on 16/10/17.
