1.The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than five years from the date of this permission. Reason:- To comply with the requirements of section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The use hereby permitted shall be restricted to Light Industrial Use within Class B1 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987 and for no other purpose within Class B1. Reason- To restrict the use of the premises to one compatible with the character of the surrounding area.
3.No work shall be carried out on the site between the hours of (ENTER HOUR) and (ENTER HOURS) Mondays to Fridays, and not before (ENTER HOURS) or after (ENTER HOURS) on Saturdays, nor at any time on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays. Reason:- To minimise the impact of the development on the surrounding area.
4.Noise emitted from the building shall not exceed 55dB LAeq (15 mins) measured from a point 2 metres from the rear facade of 73a Front Lane at a height 1.5m above the balcony. Reason - To prevent noise nuisance to nearby residential occupiers.
5.The use hereby permitted shall be discontinued on or before three years from the date of this permission unless an extension of the period has previously been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To enable an assessment to be made of the impact of the use on parking and residential amenity.
