| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice) and the container unit shall not exceed the proportions stated within the applicaton unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the details submitted as part of the application, the containers hereby approved shall be dark green/or painted dark green and shall be maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the proposed development and any resultant visual impacts would be reduced |
| 3. | This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 29th October 2025 on or before which date the container shall be removed from the site and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control. |
| 4. | The container unit hereby permitted shall be used only for the storage of equipment associated with the roll out of high speed internet and no other purpose .

| 5. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
