| 1. | The proposed new dwelling, by reason of its close relationship to adjoining and neighbouring properties and the limited size of the site, would appear cramped and out of character in the street scene and give rise to significant overlooking of neighbouring gardens as well as suffering overlooking itself, to the detriment of residents amenity. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy ENV1 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan. |
