| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not
later than five years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than
in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and
specifications.
Reason:-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the
development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from
the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be
acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree
from the details submitted. |
| 3. | The additional car parking area hereby permitted shall be finished
in materials to match the existing surfaces to the satisfaction
of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason-
To safeguard the appearance of the premises and the character of the
immediate area. |
| 4. | The scheme of landscaping shown in Drawing No. HA3191/73/11 shall be
undertaken in the first available planting season after completion
of the development and any trees or shrubs dying within five years
of planting shall be replaced.
Reason-
In accordance with Section 197 of the Town and Country Planning Act
1990 and to enhance the visual amenities of the development. |
| 5. | The car parking area hereby permitted shall be for the use of
employees of the applicant or their successors, and shall not
be used for parking unconnected with the operation of the site
without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason-
To ensure that the car park extension shall be operated strictly
in conjunction with the primary use of the site as the site is
located within the Metropolitan Green Belt and to avoid
unacceptable impact on the amenity of nearby residential
properties. |
| 6. | The car park lighting hereby approved shall be installed in
accordance with the approved plans and shall be controlled
by photo-electric cell and movement sensor as indicated to
the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the
lighting is installed in accordance with the details approved,
since they would not necessarily be acceptable if installed
differently in any degree from the details submitted. |
| 7. | The lights hereby permitted shall be angled away from, and
shielded from, any residential windows in the vicinity to
the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason-
To minimise any direct light nuisance in the interests of
amenity. |
