No.Condition Text
.This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 30 September 2021 on or before which date the temporary building retained under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- The temporary nature of the building is such that permanent permission would not be appropriate in the interests of amenity. This permission is therefore granted on a temporary basis to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control, and that the development accords with the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
.The portacabin hereby permitted shall only be used by staff in connection with the management and administration of Lucas Court and for no other purpose. Reason: In order to ensure that the office is not used independently of the housing on site and to protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers.
.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraphs 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012.
.The applicant is advised that it is not appropriate for temporary consents for this portacabin to be granted indefinitely and that a permanent solution should be sought to providing ancillary office accommodation at the application site.
