| 2. | No above-ground works shall take place until details and samples of all external materials to be used in the construction of the development hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
The details shall include, but not be limited to:
1. Brick type(s), colour, bond, mortar mix and pointing;
2. Details of any brick banding, soldier courses and decorative detailing;
3. Samples of all facing materials, including cladding (if any);
4. Details of window and door frames, including colour and finish;
5. Details of balcony treatments, balustrades and metalwork;
6. Details of parapets, coping and roof edge treatments.
A sample panel of the facing brickwork (including mortar and pointing) shall be constructed on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of above-ground works. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter.
Reason:
To ensure a high-quality appearance and to safeguard the visual amenity of the area in accordance with Policy 26 of the Havering Local Plan and Policy D4 of the London Plan. |
| 3. | The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the terms of the original hybrid planning permission ref. P0761.20, as amended by Section 73 permission ref. P1297.25, including the approved Parameter Plans, Design Code and Development Specification, insofar as they relate to Plots 9 and 10, except where varied by the details approved pursuant to this Reserved Matters application. |
