| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than five years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The building works hereby permitted shall be finished in the same
materials as those agreed by the Local Planning Authority in respect
of the care facility approved under ref: P0979.98.
Reason-
To ensure an appearance compatible with the main nursing home. |
| 3. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and specifications.
Reason:-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. |
| 4. | The proposed windows marked 'A' on the approved plans shall be permanently glazed with obscure glass to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:-
In the interests of privacy. |
| 5. | INFORMATIVE: The applicant is reminded that, insofar as they are
relevant to the works hereby approved, all the conditions applying
to planning permission P0979.98 for the care facility development
also need to be satisfied and apply equally to the works permitted
under this planning permission.. |
