| 2. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with para 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with Amandeep Manku via email on 28.09.17. Revisions were requested which would sufficiently retain the original design features of the building. In doing so, the works would complement or improve the character of the dwelling and simultaneously preserve or enhance the character of the wider Conservation Area. The applicant declined to make the suggested revisions. |
