| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than five years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No deliveries to and collections from the site shall take place other
than between the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm and 7.00pm to 6.00am.
Reason:
In order to ensure the traffic flow of Chandlers Way and Eastern Road
is not unacceptably affected in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | The premises shall not operate other than between the hours of :-
8.00am - 1.00am (on the following mornings) Monday to Saturday
8.00am - 11.00pm on Sundays
Except on a maximum of 20 days a year (Sunday excluded) when the premises
can operate 8.00am - 2.00am (the following mornings).

| 4. | This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on (ENTER DATE OF EXPIRY) on or before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued, the buildings and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.

| 5. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and specifications.
Reason:-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. |
