| 1. | The proposed business use would, by reason of the likely levels of activity arising from the comings and goings of clients, particularly given the early morning and late evening daily operating hours of the business, together with the likely noise and disturbance from increased vehicular activity within the cul-de-sac and the potential for increased noise and disturbance from music and general activity within the outbuilding and immediate vicinity of the site, give rise to a harmful impact on the amenity of neighbouring residents, which would be particularly adverse and noticeable in this cul-de-sac location, contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy. |
