| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. Also, in order that the development accords with the policies in the Havering Local Plan 2021. |
| 2. | Any residential occupation of the building hereby approved shall be limited to immediate family members of the family occupying the main house at 1 Primrose Glen, Hornchurch for residential purposes and shall not be occupied by any other persons.
Reason:-
In order that the annex approved remains ancillary to the main dwelling and that the development accords with the policies in the Havering Local Plan 2021. |
| 3. | The outbuilding hereby permitted shall not be arranged, rented out or disposed of as a separate unit of residential accommodation from the use of the main dwelling 1 Primrose Glen.
Reason:-
In order that the annex approved remains ancillary to the main dwelling and that the development accords with the policies in the Havering Local Plan 2021. |
| 4. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2021. |
