1. | The proposed development would, by reason of its discordant design, appear as a incongruous and visually instructive feature within the streetscene, out of character with surrounding development to the detriment of the character and appearance of the surrounding area, contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD, the Residential Design SPD and Policy 7.4 of the London Plan. |
2. | The proposed development will give rise to undersized and poor standard of accommodation, to the detriment of the living conditions of future occupiers.. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DC03 and DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy, Development Control Policies DPD, the Residential Design SPD and Policy 3.5 and 7.6 of the London Plan and The London Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
