| 2. | The external area hereby permitted, along with the existing covered area adjacent (approved through ref: P0712.07) shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than during The Drill Hotel's licenced opening hours or between the hours of 07:00 and 23.00 and 07:00, whichever is the earlier closing on any day without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

In the interests of neighbouring amenity and to ensure the use of the site remains compatible with the surrounding environment more generally. |
| 3. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
