1.The proposal would, by reason of its layout, result in dwellings with poor layouts especially to the main habitable living spaces. Whilst the proposed living rooms would be sizable, the window openings would be notably small and sited in very short distances from boundary fences, providing very poor aspect and outlook. Thus, it is considered that the proposed scheme would fail to provide adequate outlook and aspect to the detriment of future occupiers, contrary to Policies D4 and D6 of the London Plan, Policy 7 of the Local Plan and the NPPF.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to Songul Pirbudak via email on 09/01/2025.
