1.The proposal by reason of the height, bulk, mass, design and excessive depth of the first floor side extension in close proximity to the shared boundary with Nos 142, 142A and 144 Hall Lane would appear as an overbearing feature when viewed from these neighbouring dwellings and garden environment, resulting in loss of outlook and sense of enclosure, detrimental to the neighbours amenity in particular to No 142, contrary to Policy D4 of the London Plan (2021) and Policy 7 of the Local Plan.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to Mr Pindoriya (agent) by email on 08/11/23.
