The development is harmful to the open and rural character of this part of Broxhill Road as well as failing to comply with any of the relevant exceptions given in Paragraphs 154 and 155 of the NPPF and in the absence of any Very Special Circumstances is considered to be inappropriate development that is harmful to the character and openness of the Green Belt. |
