| 1. | The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 7:00 and 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays and 8:00 to 16:00 Saturdays, Sundays, Bank or Public holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
| 2. | Save where varied by the other planning conditions comprising this planning permission, the development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and documents under application HAV/1594/7447, (dated 29/03/1978). REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning. |
