| 3. | The Local Planning Authority has acted positively and proactively in determining this application by assessing the proposal against all material planning considerations, including planning policies and any representations which were received. It subsequently determined to grant planning permission in accordance with the National Planning Policy requirement that applications for sustainable development are approved where possible.
