1.The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this permission. Reason:- To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
2.The use of the building hereby granted shall be personal to Ms Sophie Pinner only and shall not enure for the benefit of the land or for any other person. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
3.The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00 on Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 - 17:00 on Saturdays and not at any time on Sundays Bank or Public holidays. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
4.There shall only be one client receiving treatment within the premises at any one time and clients shall be treated on an appointment basis only. Reason: In the interests of maintaining residential amenity and to accord with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
5.There shall be no more than two treatment rooms provided within the building where the change of use has been approved. Reason: In the interests of maintaining residential amenity and to accord with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
6.There shall only be one member of staff (Ms Sophie Pinner) working within the premises at any one time. Reason: In the interests of maintaining residential amenity and to accord with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
7.Other than the tattoo equipment no other electrical machinery shall be used on the premises in association with the approved use. Reason: In the interests of maintaining residential amenity and to accord with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
8.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework 2019.
