| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

| 2. | TFL Highway Informative
TfL has requested that the applicant be advised that:
1. The site of the proposal is located on A12 Eastern Avenue which forms part of the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN). TfL is the highway authority for the TLRN and is therefore concerned about any proposal which may affect the safety and/or performance of the TLRN.
2. TfL has no objection in principle to the installation of CCTV cameras, subject to confirmation that all works, including installation and any future maintenance is carried out entirely within the site and does not encroach on to the public highway. The footway and carriageway on Eastern Avenue must not be blocked at any time.
3. All vehicles associated with the installation and maintenance of the CCTV cameras must only park/stop at permitted locations and within the time periods permitted by existing on-street restrictions. |
| 3. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
