| 1. | The proposed development would, by reason of its gable roof design and uncharacteristic additional front entrance door appear as an uncharacteristic and visually intrusive feature in the streetscene harmful to the appearance of the surrounding area contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD. |
| 2. | It is noted that the existing and proposed plans provided as part of this application are inaccurate as the roof alterations to the original dwelling have not been carried out or completed. Any future proposal should accurately indicate/reflect the existing situation on the site. |
