| 1. | The premises, including any outdoor areas, shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 09:00 to 23:30 on Monday to Wednesday, 09:00 to 00:30 on Thursday, 09:00 to 01:30 on Friday, Saturday and Bank Holidays and 09:00 to 23:30 on Sunday without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

| 3. | Prior to the extended opening hours hereby approved coming into force, a noise limiter shall have been installed in any room within the premises where live or recorded amplified music is to be played. The noise limiter once installed shall be set and sealed by suitably qualified officers from the local authority (Public Protection) and shall be in use when the venue is open for noise generating events where live or recorded amplified music is played.
