| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than one year from the date of this permission. This permission shall be for a limited period until 12 February 2030. After this period, the use shall be discontinued and the site reinstated to its lawful use. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004). |
| 2. | The development hereby approved shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 25002-CAL-000-100-DR-A-103100 S0 25002-CAL-100-100-DR-A-102100 S0 25002-CAL-100-101-DR-A-102101 S0 The approved development shall thereafter be retained as such for as long as the development remains in existence. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
