| 1. | The proposed balcony area on top of the single storey rear extension would be unneighbourly and intrusive by reason of its height, size, excessive depth and position close to the boundary of the site with No.4 Freeman Way. In addition, the balcony area would give rise to an intensification of use and result in undue noise and disturbance harmful to residential amenity, particularly No.4 Freeman Way, contrary to the Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD and Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy Development Control Policies Plan Document. |
