| 1. | This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on March 15 2026 on or before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued, the buildings and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control and to ensure the longterm use of the site is appropriate. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 3. | The use of the site hereby permitted shall be used only during the hours of 07:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 07:00 - 16:00 Saturday and Sunday and not at all on Bank/Public Holidays.

| 4. | Parking and storage shall be provided entirely in accordance with the approved plans and shall not extend to other areas of the site unless agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

| 5. | External lighting per the specfication and siting shown in the TCLarke Construction Logistics Group Green Mountain Welfare document shall be operated only during the approved hours for the site, and up to one hour after this and at no other time unless agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

| 6. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
