| 1. | The use of the outbuilding hereby permitted as living accommodation shall be for a limited period only from date of approval for a period of 12 months or the completion of the building works to the main dwelling, whichever is the sooner, on or before which date the residential use shall be discontinued, cooking facilities removed and the outbuilding returned to use solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and not for any trade or business nor as living accommodation.
Reason:
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of protecting local character and neighbouring amenity. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 3. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
