| 1. | The proposed development would by reason of its height and position close to the boundaries of the site, result in light loss and be an intrusive and unneighbourly development as well as having an adverse effect on the amenities of the neighbour at No. 26 Mill Park Avenue, Hornchurch. The development is therefore considered to be unneighbourly and contrary to Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document. |
