| 1. | Unless within two months of the date of this decision, the proposed 1.8m trellis screen set in by 1m from the southern edge of the rear decking as shown in drawing 1726.01 rev A shall be carried out , the raised timber deck hereby permitted shall be demolished to ground level and all equipment and materials brought onto the land for the purposes of such use and materials resulting from the demolition shall be removed. |
| 2. | The three 1.8m high trellis screens specified on Drawing 1726.01 rev A. shall be maintained in perpetuity . |
| 3. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with para 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with the agent by email . The revisions involved an additional 1.8m high trellis screen set in by 1m in from the southern extent of the deck. The amendments were subsequently submitted on 31/10/17 |
