| 1. | The proposed development, in particular the roof extension, having regard to the cumulative scale, width, bulk and mass of the hipped to crown roof form would fail to satisfactorily integrate with the original design of the building, would be out of scale and character with the host dwelling and immediate surrounding area. As such, the proposal is contrary to the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document, policies D1, D3 and D4 of The London Plan (2021) and Policies 7 and 26 of the Local Plan. |
