| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

| 2. | The use of the outbuilding hereby granted shall be personal to Mrs Swapnaraj Symala and shall only be used as a Hair Laser and Aesthetics Beauty Parlour and shall not enure for the benefit of the land or for any other person.

To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity. |
| 3. | The outbuilding shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 10:00 and 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays, and not at all on weekends, Bank or Public holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

| 4. | There shall only be one client receiving treatment within the premises at any one time and clients shall be treated on an appointment basis only.

| 5. | The outbuilding shall only be accessed by clients through the front of the main dwellinghouse and not at anytime via the outbuilding's rear access that backs on to Edwin Close.

| 6. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with the agent via email. The revisions involved changes to how the hair laser and aesthetics beauty parlour would operate. The amendments were subsequently submitted on 24/02/2023. |
| 7. | The applicant is reminded to put in place a suitable contract for the collection of commercial waste from the site in connection with the hair laser and aesthetics beauty parlour. |
