| 1. | The proposed creation of a dropped kerb and parking of a vehicle at the ground floor in front of the flat downstairs at no. 6 Meynell Road, would result in undue amenity impacts and disturbance from fumes, noise, high beams, manoeuvring and the comings and goings at any time of the day or night, impacting the neighbours window and room located directly in front of the car parking space which would be unneighbourly, contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD. |
