| 2. | The proposed development, by reason of their bulk, height and proximity to the shared boundaries of the properties in Thameshill Avenue, would result in a dominant, overbearing and visually intrusive feature that would be detrimental to the amenity of the occupiers of nos 21, 23 & 25 in particular, due to a loss of outlook, increased sense of enclosure and overshadowing of rear gardens, contrary to Policies 7 and 10 of the Havering Local Plan. |
