| 1. | In the absence of sufficient details to fully address the noise impacts from the proposed mechanical equipment and absence of details of filtration equipment and its ongoing maintenance to control fumes odours and cooking smells, the removal of condition 5 of planning permission ref. P0187.20 would result in unacceptable amenity impacts in the form of noise, fumes and odours to surrounding residential properties contrary to Havering Local Plan Policies 7 and 34, and London Plan (2021) policy D14. |
