1.The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this permission. Reason:- To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
2.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice). Reason:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved.
3.The treatment room shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays, Bank or Public holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
4.The use of the treatment room to provide microblading shall only be carried out by Mrs Jennifer Purdie and shall not enure for the benefit of the land or any other person. When the treatment room ceases to be used by the above named person, the use hereby permitted shall cease, all materials and equipment brought onto the land in connections therewith shall be removed and the use of the site revert to ancillary residential use. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
5.There shall be no more than one client and Mrs Jennifer Purdie within the treatment room at any one time. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Policy DC61 of the LDF Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.
6.Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2018.
