1.The proposed development would, by reason of its excessive depth, bulk, mass and design, relate poorly to the existing dwelling and would appear as an overbearing, unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive feature, harmful to the appearance of the surrounding area contrary to the Supplementary Design Guidance of the Havering Unitary Development Plan and Policies DC33 and DC61 of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Submission Development Plan Document.
2.The proposed development would, by reason of its excessive depth, height, poor design and position close to the boundaries of the site, be an intrusive, unneighbourly and overbearing development in the rear garden environment as well as having an adverse effect on the amenities of adjacent occupiers contrary to the Supplementary Design Guidance of the Havering Unitary Development Plan and Policies DC33 and DC61 of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Submission Development Plan Document.
