| 1. | The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 06h00 and 01h00 on Sundays to Thursdays and 06h00 and 02h00 on Fridays and Saturdays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Core Strategy and Development Control Submission Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
| 2. | This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 26 November 2008 on or before which date the opening hours hereby permitted shall revert back to those permitted by the planning application reference P2102.04 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
REASON: To enable the Local Planning Authority to monitor the impact of the extended hour on adjoining residential occupiers. |
| 3. | Prior to the first extension of the opening hours hereby permitted three CCTV cameras shall be installed within the car park in accordance with details previously submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Signage advising customers that their vehicle registration plate is being recorded via CCTV shall also be displayed. Thereafter the cameras and signage shall be permanently retained and maintained.
Reason: In the interests of creating safer sustainable places. |

1. Reason for approval:
The proposed development is considered to be in accordance with the aims, objectives and provisions of Policy DC61 of the Core Strategy and Development Control Submission Development Plan Document.
2. The applicant is advised that all other conditions attached to planning permission no. P0633.99 remains in force. |
