| 1. | The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 09:00 - midnight on Mondays - Saturdays and 10:00 - 23.30 on Sundays, Bank or Public holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
| 2. | The scheme for refuse storage previously approved under application reference Q0188.11 , shall be permanently maintained. All refuse shall be properly contained within the approved facility and shall not be stored or deposited elsewhere unless previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

| 3. | The measures to control noise and vibration from any mechanical ventilation system installed as approved under application reference Q0188.11 shall be properly maintained and operated during normal working hours.
