| 1. | This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 12/06/2022 on or before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. | 3. | The permission hereby granted shall be personal to Mrs Michelle Cook only and shall not enure for the benefit of the land or any other person.

| 4. | The use hereby permitted shall have no more than 3 clients a day.

| 5. | The use hereby permitted shall take operate no more than 3 days a week between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm and shall not operate at any time on Sundays, Bank and Public Holidays.

| 6. | The use hereby approved shall be solely for the purpose of a hairdressing service and no other type of business activity or service unless otherwise submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To accord with the terms of the application and to prevent material harm to neighbouring residential amenity. |
| 7. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2018. |
