1.This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring 1 year from the date of this decision on or before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued, the buildings and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. After this period full planning permission can then be applied for. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control.
2.The development hereby permitted is in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice). Reason:- The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. Also, in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
3.The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between 10:00 to 23:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 hours to 00:00 hours Friday and Saturday without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
4.Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2019.
5.The application property is within the Metropolitan Green Belt where there are restrictions over development. In the event that a further temporary consent is sought, the applicant is advised that such an application would not be successful. The granting of a further temporary consent in this instance is to enable to applicant to explore a longer-term solution, should the facilities afforded by the siting of the marquee be required for any extended period. In view of those extensions which have already taken place and/or been granted permission, it should not be assumed that further extensions will be agreed.
