| 1. | The proposed amendment to the legal agreement would be likely to reduce an alternative arrangement for the provision of on-site affordable housing, in the event that the existing arrangement proved to be unacceptable or agreeable by the social housing providers. The proposed amendment to the terms of the legal agreement, would be likely to jeopardise or to prevent delivery of the onsite affordable housing provision, contrary to policies.H4, H5, H6 and H7 of the London Plan 2021 and policies CP2 and DC6 of the adopted Core Strategy, London Plan 2021 and the advice given in the National Planning Policy Framework 2021. |
