| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 2. | Within two months of the date of this decision notice and in accordance with the agent's emails dated 4th, 10th & 11th May 2023, the yellow front, side and rear elevations of the playhouse shall be painted in a 'Sweet Blueberry' colour and evidence of this shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the playhouse doesn't stand out in the rear garden environment and with other structures in the locality of the site, to protect neighbouring amenity and in order that the development accords with Policy 7 of the Havering Local Plan. |
| 3. | There shall be no electricity or lighting inside the playhouse.
Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring properties and in order that the development accords with Policy 7 of the Havering Local Plan. |
| 4. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with CITYSCAPE PA via email on 4th May 2023. The revisions involved painting the yellow elevations of the playhouse a 'Sweet Blueberry' colour within 2 months of this decision notice. The agent agreed to this via email on 4th, 10th and 11th May 2023. |
