1.This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 30 September 2017 on or before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued, the buildings approved and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to monitor the impact of the development on neighbouring properties for a further trial period.
2.The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 08.30 and 18.00 on Mondays to Fridays and between the hours of 09.00 and 13.00 on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank or Public holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61.
3.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraphs 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012.
4.Given the number of objections raised to the application, the Council wishes to monitor activities on the site in co-operation with the applicant for a further one year trial period.
