| 1. | Works to provide the temporary car park hereby approved shall only take place once Development Consent Order for J28 improvement works (Planning Inspectorate Ref TR010029) (the DCO) has been issued. The temporary car park, parking spaces as well as any associated access, shall be removed and the burial ground site (including original car park) shall be configured to the details approved under application ref. P1742.14 (as amended by P0669.19, P0822.19 and P1143.21) once the works authorised by the DCO are completed.
Reason:
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control and that the area to be used as burial ground as per approved application. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 3. | The scheme shall be implemented in accordance to the Construction Method Statement already submitted.
Reason:-
To ensure that the method of construction protects residential amenity. |
| 4. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
