1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than five years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and specifications.
Reason:-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. |
3. | Before any of the development hereby permitted is commenced, samples of all materials to be used in the external construction of the building(s) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the development shall be constructed with the approved materials.
Reason:-
To ensure that the appearance of the proposed development will harmonise with the character of the surrounding area. |
4. | Before the development hereby permitted first commences at the site, details of arrangements for the management and disposal of animal waste and soiled bedding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall include details of the location and means of waste storage and arrangements for the disposal of waste (burning of waste will not be considered to be an acceptable option). The storage and disposal of waste from the site shall then be permanently undertaken in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In order to protect the amenity of the area. |
5. | The development hereby approved shall be used solely by the family of the applicant (defined as Mr. & Mrs. Bromfield and their children or grandchildren) in connection with the stabling and riding of horses within their ownership for their private enjoyment and for no other purpose or use, including any use for commercial or business purposes.
Reason: In the interests of amenity. |
6. | The building hereby approved shall be used solely as stables and an ancillary tack room/feed store and for no other purpose or use unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity and in order to preserve the character of the Metropolitan Green Belt. |
7. | All foodstuffs and equipment required in connection with the keeping of horses on this site shall be stored within the tack room and feed store hereby approved and shall not be stored in the open on the site.
Reason: In the interests of amenity. |
8. | INFORMATIVE:
The applicant is advised that the development hereby granted has been considered to be acceptable in principle within the Metropolitan Green Belt as it is required as an essential facility in connection with an outdoor recreational use. Any future applications for change of use of the building, for example to residential use, would not fulfil this criteria and so would be likely to be unacceptable in principle in the Green Belt and would therefore be unlikely to be approved. |
